Safe Carry Guidelines (T.I.C.K.S.)

Follow the T.I.C.K.S. rule for safe babywearing:

T — Tight
Carrier should hold baby snug and close to your body.

I — In view at all times
You should always be able to see baby’s face.

C — Close enough to kiss
Baby’s head should be close enough to kiss comfortably.

K — Keep chin off chest
Ensure baby’s chin is not pressed against their chest.

S — Supported back
Baby’s back should be supported in a natural position.

Spot Clean When Possible
Use a soft cloth with warm water for small areas.

Machine Wash Cold
Use a gentle cycle with the included wash bag.

Line Dry
Air dry in the shade to maintain fabric quality.

Shipping

At Harlow Baby, we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays will begin processing the following business week.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during promotional periods or holidays.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in good condition, free from stains, odors, or damage, and include original packaging and all included accessories.

Items may be gently tried on indoors to assess fit and comfort. We understand that baby carriers need to be tested for proper fit before making a final decision.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
