Every Harlow Baby carrier is thoughtfully designed for comfort, adjustability, and everyday ease. If you need help finding the perfect fit, our team is always happy to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be in good condition
• Be free from stains, odors, or damage
• Include original packaging and all included accessories
Items may be gently tried on indoors to assess fit and comfort. We understand that baby carriers need to be tested for proper fit, and we encourage customers to ensure the carrier feels comfortable before deciding whether to keep it.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@harlowbaby.co with your order number.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, gift cards, and other items designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
